Is three kings day a catholic holiday?
if it isn’t what religion celebrates it? i know that mostly the Spanish do but what religion would that be?
Roman Catholics and Anglicans call it Epiphany while Orthodox Christians call it Theophany. Basically it means the revelation of Christ to the gentiles. It lumps a couple of events together – The Three Kings or Visitation of the Magi, the Baptism of Christ and, in Orthodox tradition the Nativity of Christ. You may also know it as the Twelfth Day of Christmas.
