according to the christian tradition MAGI what did the three wise men ride?

I keep hearing things that they road camels but i all ways thought they rode in 1 elephant ,1 camel, and 1 horse. What are the correct animals they rode in ?

NOWHERE IN THE BIBLE DOES IT STATE THAT THE MAGI USED CAMELS AS TRAVEL TO VISIT THE KING OF THE JEWS

THE BIBLE DOES NOT SAY 3 WISEMAN NOR THAT THE MAGI RODE CAMELS
Matthew 2
The Visit of the magi
1After Jesus was born in Bethlehem in Judea, during the time of King Herod, Magi[a] from the east came to Jerusalem 2and asked, "Where is the one who has been born king of the Jews? We saw his star in the east[b] and have come to worship him."

and it isn’t in the Greek New Testament in Greek. I looked it Up ( Not There )

The Bible doesnt actually say there were 3 men there may have been many. Camels are a good bet for traveling long distances in the dessert. There were 3 gifts. Doesnt follow there were 3 men… but maybe.

I believe that tradition came from the venerable Bede who said there were three and named then and where they were form…how did he know… good question.

A form of transportation that I’d love to trample with my horse and chop into pieces.

    Three camels, of course.
