The Magi came from …
The Magi came from the Medes (Median empire, after conquring the yrian empire). They were involved in Zariostrianism, a religion based on astrology. (hence the star of Bethlehem). They spoke Kurmanji as the were Kurdish. They were the three great kings of Medes(Kurdish land). Magi means Big in Kurmanji, hence the greatness of a king. Therefore the three wise men were of Kurdish origin. Thank you
