Yes. Catholics and many other Christians call this day the Feast of the Epiphany.

Epiphany is a Christian feast day which celebrates the revelation of God made Man in the person of Jesus Christ. It falls on January 6 or on a Sunday close to that date.

On this day, Western Christians commemorate the visitation of the Biblical Magi to the child Jesus and His manifestation to the Gentiles.

Roman Catholics and Anglicans call it Epiphany while Orthodox Christians call it Theophany. Basically it means the revelation of Christ to the gentiles. It lumps a couple of events together – The Three Kings or Visitation of the Magi, the Baptism of Christ and, in Orthodox tradition the Nativity of Christ. You may also know it as the Twelfth Day of Christmas.

I’m not Christan, or a theist, but I celebrate it. It’s like a second Christmas.

Yes, the Three Kings Day is celebrating the visit of the Maggi or wise men who brought presents to Jesus. Check Mathew chapter 2 for details. The Bible doesnot say they were just three, but since there were three different type of presents the tradition was set about the number. Also the names omes from tradition because the Bible does not mention their names.

And you are right, they did not arrived by the day He was born. Jesus was a todler, less than 3 years old, when they arrived, and Joseph and Mary were at a house, not at the manger.
