It is supposed to help gain regularity but I don’t know how effective it is. You can get the essential oil (diluted it 6 drops essential oil to 10mls carrier oil) and massage it into your skin. You can also put 5 drops in your bath water. It can also be diluted 5 drops with 10mls water for an oil burner.
If you get the essential oil make sure you put the top on properly, it dries to a crusty mess if you don’t!

We had some free time at a christian camp thing in Hugary and got bored and did a re-write of that song that i can’t remmeber the name of by some bloke i don’t like. Thus, proving to the entire camp that all english are very immature and totally insane. sorry people. x
